What the invite form collects
Your full name, your email address and what you do. If you choose to give them, also your phone number, your company, the counties you follow, how you heard about us and anything else you write in the message box.
Why we collect it
We use these details to review your request, contact you about it, plan which counties to add next, and learn how people find us. If you are invited, your name, company and role are added to your account.
Who sees it
Our employees who review invites. The services that run the site also process it: Supabase stores it (database), Vercel serves the site (hosting), and our email provider sends invite and decline emails.
What we store about your connection
A keyed one-way hash of your IP address (for IPv6, of its /64 network), never the address itself, and your browser's user agent. We use them to limit abuse of the form.
Where you came from
The first time you open this site, from a link elsewhere or by typing the address, a small cookie named ncft_src notes the site that sent you (for example google.com, or nothing when you typed the address), the first page you opened, the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign tags if that link carried them, and the time. It stays in your browser for 30 days, no page script can read it, and it is sent with your request so our employees can see how people find us.
How long we keep it
The connection hash and user agent are erased after 30 days. Where you came from is kept with your request. Declined and duplicate requests are deleted after a year. Invited requests are kept while the account exists.
How to ask for deletion
Write to the address below and we will delete your request, then reply to tell you it is done.
Contact address: supplied by the owner before launch
What the public pages show
The public pages show made-up example homes. No real case, owner or address appears on them.
